Need 2 Succeed works in partnership with training providers and organisations to develop programmes to address employability and skills development across London. We are currently working with Merton Adult learning to bring family learning and green skills opportunities to those living in Merton.
The UK is a world leader in green skills and has been developing its workforce in this area since 2019. There has been rapid growth in green hiring, almost double the global average.
However, there is still a skills shortage in this area, and we are looking to support this rapid growth by encouraging people to explore the industry, through a series of courses.

Family Learning in Merton is a funded programme that provides parents and carers with workshops and courses to help develop their knowledge and practical skills to better support their child's development and understanding.
It also provides learning opportunities that will teach parents health and wellbeing techniques, as well as how to use creative play, so that they can encourage their children and families to develop healthier creative lifestyles.
